So we can see that humans really really need structures, and those structures are not always *merely* hierarchies. But membranes that serve to move trust around to create the mechanisms that move labour, expectation and needs. We could design these, standardise them to be more humanist, easier to operate and better to detect abuse.
IF we understood they existed and knew how they worked. We could make companies utopias-on-the-inside.
