Truth Social will be spinning off its crypto and fintech ventures into a separate company. So Truth Social will be it's own company.
My guess: it’s because the social media platform itself will likely never be very profitable and they know it.
If the money-losing social network stays merged with the new tech ventures, it drags down the investment story. Separating them lets investors fund the “future” projects without the social media losses attached.
Classic corporate move: isolate the weak business, pitch the shiny one.
