In honor of you joining our Square Cast Iron Grill Pan club, I think I will have to test out my new spam slicer tomorrow & grill up a can of "Spam with Bacon" (yes I bought a 12 can case to try out, it was on sale < $2.25/can). The raised ridges make it less greasy. Trick: after cooking 1 side, flip slices over & cut heat after 2 min. It'll cook the other side before going cold & you don't have to watch it to avoid burning a side.
