The #DOJ also blamed the Interior Dept, saying that it could "'only rely'...on supposed initial info suggesting that the damage was caused by vandals" (that it *says* was from the Interior Dept, but the what & where-from isn't clear).

So that's lame. They could "only rely" on scapegoating and hunches because they indicted without doing an investigation!
