I've been listening to a lot of Jake Richards lately. He's a folk magic practitioner from Tennessee & has some good stuff.
I'm from western KY, more hills & less mountains, with relatives here from WV, TN, & eastern KY. There's a lot of AFM (Appalachian Folk Magic) that crosses paths or is outright the same as what's practiced in western KY.
