I think you need to check your math (or your copy).
If a solve tomorrow puts you solidly at 99% (I assume without rounding up, because you’re already at 99% with a reasonable rounding) I am unsure what you're marching to that will take 2.5 years? It’s not 99%. Maybe I’m being dense?
