Perhaps it's just that you're writing in a foreign language, but your original comment came across as mansplaining — that is, a man stating something to a woman that it should be obvious that she knows: in this case stating her own point back to her as if you're explaining it to her. If this is just a "writing in a non-native language" issue you might want to be aware you're unintentionally adopting a mansplaining pattern of communication.
