*SO* confused. Got solar and a battery installed two weeks ago. It's been saying that we have had no power from the grid since 12.55pm. Energex's website says that there is no power outages in the area. Of course, everything is working in this house because the battery is keeping us all going. With both our neighbours away, I've literally no idea whether we have power or not.
The only clue might be that the electricity meter is blank, rather than has numbers on it. I hope that this means that we have a power outage, and the good folk of Energex - who are driving to this house as we speak - are not going to look at me as if I'm an idiot when they get here.
