Looks like he did a 7 hour stream read through of the muslim gang child rape report, not exactly a fan of the roach king but fair play for spreading the good word of Total Pedo Death to his audience.
It's not easy to read through ~300 pages of "... and then the pakis forced a dog to rape me to watch me break" and "... and then the pakis shoved the empty whiskey bottle inside of me and broke it" and "... and then the police took me back to them and said "have fun with her, if you can get her to sign this we won't have to bother you again"" "he put out cigarettes on our baby's head and then he crushed its skull infront of me" from the victim reports.
For comparison of scale of the war crimes, the rape of nanking/nanjing was 20-80k victims of rape over 6 weeks of all ages, not 250k+ children over 70 years. This report doesn't even mention the of age victims as far as I'm aware and it's already ~300 pages.
