Why should people learn about Bitcoin Cash (BCH)?

Before, whenever I heard the word "cryptocurrency", the first thing that came to mind was that it was only for big investors and people who knew all about trading. I first learned about it when it started spreading widely on social media, and I actually became really interested, but I never tried it, because I thought it was only for wealthy people.

‎Most of what I saw were stories about huge profits, wild price swings, and terms that sounded so complicated and confusing. It made me even more hesitant, and I felt like this was something I could never understand or be part of. I thought you needed thousands of pesos just to get started, or that you had to be an expert to avoid losing money, so even though I wanted to learn more, I always felt this was for other people, not for someone like me.

‎But when I discovered Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and this wonderful community, my whole perspective began to change. I realized that not all cryptocurrency is just about buying and selling to make a quick profit, some are built to be used as actual, everyday money. I learned that you can start with even the smallest amount, that sending funds is fast and costs almost nothing, and that you don’t need advanced technical knowledge to use it simply and safely.

‎I was even more inspired when I saw so many ordinary people, small business owners, and fellow Filipinos using it too not to get rich overnight, but to make sending money to family easier, pay for what they need, and take full control of their own finances without relying on banks or big companies. That’s when I truly understood: this isn’t just for the rich or the experts. It’s for everyone who wants a freer, fairer, and more practical way to use money.

‎Learning about BCH also teaches us that money can be more than just something we earn and spend it can be a tool for empowerment, connection, and building a better future for ourselves and our communities. Whether you are a student, a worker, a parent, or a business owner, understanding how BCH works opens up new opportunities that traditional systems often keep out of reach. It is simple, inclusive, and designed to serve people, not profit. Once you see it for what it truly is, you realize that the only thing stopping you from being part of this positive change is giving yourself the chance to learn and try it. 💚
