Was trying to respond this post on LinkedIn yesterday but failed.
Damn it. 😠

Anyway,

Firstly I like this writer’s spirit, however, I felt the stupidity in her behavior. Here’s why

Be kind and nice to colleagues with empathy is a great personality from my personal perspective, however, as an employee if she could not be adaptable to working/life environment changeS, then what kind of journey ahead could be await her to explore.
(New people, new surroundings…)
“Butterfly Effect”

Secondly, as a data scientist today she is, what kind of role could be in the future probably should be thoroughly pondered by this lady.

“Do I have potential to help or support more colleagues in the future? With matured mindset of learning how to lead rather than just being led from business perspective and also personal life journey?”

“You are the master of your life!”

Finally, I think Block HR made a huge mistake by raising her salary. Here’s why
Raising salary should be based on employee’s knowledge consolidation, skilled mentality of dealing with unpredictability and potential for Learning (Achievement) more with desire and curiosity.

Finally, I prefer lowering this lady’s salary by 25% for two reasons at the same time of the laid off message,
A test her skills and maturity level, B for the sake of a long term business model, otherwise how to build an environment that people like and enjoy their time when onboard.

P.S
Whoever blocked me from responding that post yesterday, “Time for you to eat some shit to boost your brain energy” 👎
