Waring times for health treatment are perhaps the most obvious way that people judge the NHS, especially their own interactions with the health service.

Once, treatment starts the NHS does pretty well (although not as well as it could) but the delay in treatment, often detrimental to the mental & physical health of patients remains a problem & shows the shadow still being cast by the pandemic & the continuing (political) problems in managing the NHS.
