The devil's in the details. Like the nights don't drop below 20°C (68F) here in central Europe (Frankfurt, Germany). So the heat builds up and gets everywhere.
What this means in practice: We are lucky to live in a well insulated house, so we can normally shrug off some heat spikes. But right now, at almost 10 pm local time, temperature outside is still 35°C (95°F). It's still 30°C (86°F) in our sleeping room.
And humidity is somewhere between 50%-75%.
