People are going to have to relearn this skill and it will take generations. Gen Z are being set up for even greater failures than the Millennials were, and they are just going along with it.
The elites never forgot it - e.g. Trump marrying his daughter off to the rich Jews who helped bail him out when he was over $1B in debt.
