my smoker takes 750 watts when its heating. my current anker battery (first gen one) can only do 500 watts, but the newer ones? the ones that are like a grand? they can fully sustain 1500 watts and burst to 2k. so yeah, you could even have a fully-off-grid portable ac setup with one of those midea ac heatpumps and rock it at full bore, if you added a couple panels :D
