In other news, I just received service indicating that my counter-parent is filing a motion in the courts to try and get out of discovery.
I literally just asked them the SAME types of discovery questions they asked me.
I fully answered all of the questions I needed to reply to months ago.
When I keep saying there's insane amounts of wasteful legal time its things just like this.
I'm out thousands just complying, now I have to compel them to comply with their own questionaire.
