It still depends on why you are calling someone out. If you know that they are doing something wrong, shouldn’t you correct them? It shouldn’t matter to you if they don’t give you a Zap afterward. If someone’s actions are already harmful or incorrect, you should point it out for the sake of the community.
But if you are calling someone out without a valid reason or just because of personal issues, then that is what is wrong.
