You can still sign anything you want in Pubky, but we try to make it intentional, with purpose, because you also need a good key scheme that allows people to keep keys cold as much as possible.
Signing every note isn't really needed, and it isn't even giving you real data integrity, since every signed note floats alone, without context.
We have a noise-scheme that will allow things like app keys, device keys, for live signing too.
