So after Angela Rayner was forced to resign of a housing management issue it now transpires the Chancellor has also broken (a different) housing law; this time renting a house out without a licence in an area where such a license was required.
We're going to see a lot of briefing form No.10 about how this is completely different from Rayner, but as so often Keir Starmer will make a decision based on how seriously the right wing press take the infraction....
