- Export your. json file so you have your memory garden to start with.
- There are also extensions to export markdowns or docs of your favorite chats. You can then put those in a folder for Claude to read or upload.
- Ask your Ai to build their persona based on how it knows you and the most relevant info you created together. Ask it questions to make what will be like your Soul.md doc.
That's a start on memory.
