I think it would be neat if websites in addition to or completely removed FAQ pages and incorporated a trained LLM on their products/services/niche instead. I know a lot of websites have "assistants" that help with customer service, but jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) did an excellent job with Dave with a nostr/decentralized training and sparked my thoughts in why more companies haven't tried something similar. Obviously I think cost could be a factor, since a webpage is a lot cheaper than paying for the compute power they might need. Who knows, maybe in the future compute cost comes down and we begin to see more niche LLMs. #randomthoughts
