This month, the Linux Foundation announced that Linea Stack is moving into vendor-neutral governance under LF Decentralized Trust as “Lineth”. In simple terms, a major piece of decentralised infrastructure is no longer tied to one company.
For anyone who cares about self-sovereignty, open systems, and reducing central points of control, this is worth paying attention to. Decentralisation means more when the infrastructure itself is community governed.
