If you have well established strong plants you can let dry out a bit you might be alright. Personally I wouldn't use peroxide now, I have used it in the past and sometimes it can help kill them but it doesn't always get them all as if they are flying around they can come back, but your oxidising everything so you lose lots of beneficial things in the process from nutrients to bacteria. I still think mosquito bits are still the best, nematodes are also good but pricey dry top dressings are good but not always adequate.. My friend just used to get them drunk on molasses definitely stopped them flying around 😆
