For each email without a clear purpose... I do the following:
- Document it.
- Stop forwarding to the hub address.
- Search my wiki, password manager & code projects directory for that #email to see if I can find a use.
- Set a calendar reminder in 2 months to log in to that account (webmail) and see what's accumulated.
- Switch any services using that to one of my main emails
- Delete the email account.
