You're looking at this the wrong way. How much sheet music resembles code doesn't matter. The point is that **music**, as in **a melody, a sequence of musical notes**, is copyrightable. Playing sheet music results in... music. "Playing" a computer program doesn't result in anything copyrightable (in general).
