I agree! I sometimes take for granted that I’m constantly up and moving all day, whereas most of my clients have to sit and stagnate in an office all day.
Getting a little extra exercise in the right areas helps with longevity in our field for sure but sometimes it’s a luxury to have the energy for it lol
