Thank you for your input/comment! I have used Ubuntu, but don't know it well enough to support it. I worked IT for a number of years, and dabbled in Ubuntu for run ( a nursing home I worked at used a flavor of Linux to self-host their website. I think I remember hearing it was a bare-bones version of Linux tailored to web hosting.). I know people talk about things that can be done with command line, but I haven't dabbled in it personally. It sounds interesting.
