Haha. Well, over time, when going for a socialist system, you set the bar at a night everyone can reach, so the bar must be lowered. This is one problem. The other is that the school must adapt to you, and won't kick you out. So the say "I don't want to" and the response of the school is to adapt to the child. and this leads to all sort of problems. and I guess leads to the school being a producer of products the socialist state needs.
This does not speak for the whole, but the percentage of the mentioned above is groving. IMO
