"content": "So I am way behind on my photography work needed for CoffeeGeek, because I have been in full on writing mode this entire week; it just sometimes happens that way.\nI've learned that if I am in \"writing mode\", I need to go with it, and get it all out.\n\nThis week I've revised four old How Tos we used to have on CoffeeGeek. The one I'm most proud of is the complete top to bottom re-write of the How to Roast Coffee with a Popcorn Popper guide.
