"The man who was shot and killed in Biddeford on Monday morning has been identified as Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 26 year-old originally from Colombia.
Guerrero was identified by one of his neighbors, who said they had spoken to a few times, pointing to Guerrero’s Facebook page filled with photos of his wife and young daughter. The name was also confirmed by an immigrant advocacy organization who said they had been in touch with the family."
