They removed GPL licensed Trezor firmware to entrench their position and to signal to maxis and they just lost their position with that crowd as well as cost those that trusted them millions of dollars (and if you buy the 21000000/∞ narrative, zillions). I feel for those that lost, but this is what happens when you put your head in the sand and just blindly join a tribe.
