#WritersCoffeeClub May 8: What experience can you identify as having made you the writer you are today?
Honestly, I read so much as a kid and then I had some ideas for *Magic: The Gathering* cards. But I had fallen behind and when I presented my ideas to more serious players, they laughed at how underpowered they were compared to recent sets. So that turned into my first story.
The rest is frankly just experience. Once I started, I never stopped.
