The restaurant in my neighborhood was open yesterday. Have they run out of food? The stores have generators, I'm told.
This is Billy. Army vet, Vietnam 69-71, 101st Infantry Division. He meets another Army vet for breakfast every Saturday morning at Waffle House, he said. "Every Saturday morning for as long as I can remember, right here," he said. Billy stuck around till his friend arrived, and they decided to go in search of breakfast somewhere else. I wished them luck. Didn't have the heart to tell them they probably wouldn't find anything.
