The FT wonders what might encourage more of the UK's savers (well, those who *have* been able to squirrel away cash in our low-wage economy) don't invest as much in stocks & shares? They plump for a problem around financial education & awareness....
But I think they've got that wrong;
How about this: perhaps Brits take a look at the Spivs in the City & the forms of well-reported financial crime & decide they just don't trust these sort of people with the hard-won savings?
