A bunch of companies realizing they have lost the battle so they unite. It is ridiculous that they promote governance and open standards. They will spend more time in kycing, monitoring and freezing funds then on any open standard.
The Bitcoin whitepaper is 9 pages and there isn’t any monitoring or restrictions.
