It's similar to the feeling you get halfway through a run.
You feel more relaxed and limber and depending on your tolerance, you'll either be too tired to go all out, or you'll capitalize on the relaxed state of your body and go even harder than you're usually capable of.
I'm used to it, and I also don't get super stoned either, otherwise I'd just eat or chill.
