That’s btw the reason nostr as social media is not for everybody. It’s a pretty boring place if you want just to consume.

And that create part is also interesting. Take linkedin or instagram where most people who try to make a name for themselves are creating too, they write articles and posts that are supposed to provide value while it’s mostly just a parody on the actual value. Many of those creators probably wouldn’t enjoy nostr very much.

What I love about creating on nostr is that it has to be honest. It doesn’t need to be perfect. In fact, nostr is really chill about imperfection. But it has very little patience for pretenders.

It’s really interesting how the system design encourages behavior that feels so close to real-life human interactions..
