The mathematical part is most interesting to me. Has been since I worked for an AI lab decades ago. Now, no offence but could you please reply to what I was asking?
- Someone produces an almost exact copy of your copyrighted work. You sue, you win. Has happened countless times.
- Same story, but that someone says (truthfully) he simply "prompted an AI" (sic) and got that answer. Would you accept that as a legitimate argument?
