Roy Lilley (NHSManagers.net) makes a great point about public perceptions of the NHS....
'Only 4% of us will be using the NHS at any one time.
Most will think they've had a positive experience.
The other 96% will think about the NHS & that it's broken'!
In other words our perceptions of the NHS are shaped much more by the media's (biased?) presentation than by our own experiences.
And what doe the wealthy media owners want? More 'opportunities' for profit from health!
