no not coming off like a jerk at all. I totally get it! I really try most often to buy from independent shops when we can justify or offset the larger cost like with bulk orders.
There's no good answer because the infrastructure has just not kept up and only gotten crustier as time goes on. It needs updating but we keep ruining things faster than we can build or fix them so nothing's really happened and it's only gotten more expensive.
I really hope there's an answer coming down the line in the future to address these issues because yeah it sucks that you can't sell to me and I can't buy from you without some shadow middleman stealing 80% of the profit.
