Okay, I'm going to do something "radical": I'm gonna post everything that passes through my mouth from right now til I'm solidly back on keto type of dietary habit. (So it will help me think twice since now I can't hide the "secret garbages" I might eat.)
I've been struggling. But my IBS and other inflammation/autoimmune-related symptoms, such as muscle pain, changes in eye sights, dry skin, stiff joints and many more are urging me to F*CKING DO BETTER already!!!
