I want to comment on this further. Because there are people out there who say "intellectual automation" is great because we can chunk all the boring mundane stuff and focus on the interesting creative problems, and I think that mindset is wildly out of step with how minds work.
I *love* doing "mundane" work.
This article resonates with me; I would be that guy. Tell me I have to spend weeks validating and categorizing thousands of old open tickets, and I will rejoice! 🙌
