When the energy falls away from what we’ve been focusing on…
It can feel like a free fall.
It feels strange to the mind.
There is an adjustment period when we must wait.
For clarity.
In the meantime, we can pay attention to what may be calling for our attention, time and contribution.
It may be an area of our lives that we’ve let fall away-
Time with our family or friends; attention to our health; rest…
When what we’ve been striving for no longer fits, it’s not defeat, it’s progress. Our mind does not always lead the way. Sometimes things are divinely shifted out of our hands.
Having trust in a Higher Power, for me that’s Our Heavenly Father, brings me peace and reminds me I’m not in this alone. I’m supported from above. And sometimes that support moves me in an unexpected way.
Let go. And go do something to get out of your head.
Action is medicine in times like these.
