What I showed and taught my students for 25 years is that this *is* the new norm — we will face increasingly chaotic and extreme daily/seasonal weather as the atmosphere and oceans just keep getting warmer and more unstable year after year. Climate scientists have been warning us for decades, but the denial is strong among the anti-science nonbelievers. There’s also our collective reluctance/unwillingness to curb our fossil fueled lifestyles.
