Cardano's Van Rossem hard fork is on the cusp of approval, with only one vote remaining from the Constitutional Committee (CC). According to the latest weekly update from Intersect, if the fork receives the necessary endorsement by the epoch boundary on July 13th, it is expected to be implemented on July 18th. Intersect has confirmed that all readiness metrics for approval have been met. During Epoch 642, 92% of blocks were generated by node version 11. On-chain voting shows 75.36% support from Delegated Representatives (DRep) and 52.43% from Stake Pool Operators (SPO), both exceeding their respective thresholds. The Constitutional Committee currently has 4 confirmations of constitutionality, with 5 votes needed for passage.
