I like that George Lucas parlayed his success with Star Wars into making two of the greatest swashbuckling action-adventure movies of all time (Raiders and Last Crusade) and an absolute, unmitigated toilet clogger. It couldn't be that hard to retell Temple of Doom without it being a vapid, obnoxious, orientalizing cash grab.
