It's possible China or Pakistan are positioning that way, but I'm all but certain Iran is unwilling to enter negotiations at this point. They have said as much and strongly denied any talks have been taking place.
The last two times the US or Israel launched surprise attacks in the middle of negotiations. At the talks that were held in Qatar they even assassinated the negotiators! They'd have to be out of their minds to enter negotiations again.
