Here’s the standard way which is quite robust: 1) Roll 5 dice. 2) Mark down what numbers those dice are (eg. 12345). 3) Look up the corresponding word in the EFF Word list (https://www.eff.org/files/2016/07/18/eff_large_wordlist.txt) 4) Repeat that until you have 7 words. 5) Your final passphrase is seven words long, all lowercase, no spaces (eg. wordwordwordwordwordwordword).
