today's 🍔 started with fresh home ground (that we havent done in a while) chuck - very gently seasoned with 🧅🧄🌶️& cumin powder before grinding. Then 🧂+P & 1 splash Maggi seasoning liquid (red cap), 2 yolks in 600 g mixed in & shaped - 150 g or ⅓ lb patties then S+P; charcoal grilled.
Mayo on toasted bun to keep liquids from getting bun soggy, mustard on meat to flavor; 🥬🧅🍅.
Ah amazing - even if I say so myself!
