I recently posted a thread [1] about my vision of a future mobile device that focuses on being distraction-free with a strong focus on (digital) identity ownership. This new Commodore 8020 phone isnt‘t it, however. That one still has an App Store and, no matter how open SailfishOS is, thus creates another walled garden. The promoted default support for Spotify, Uber and WhatsApp also doesn‘t help.
